    Example

When I was a child, I used to wake up early every morning, even before the sun came up. I would have breakfast with my family, usually something simple like cereal or toast. Besides, it gave us a chance to talk before starting the day. After that, I used to rush to get ready for school. I would walk with my friends to the bus stop, and we would talk and laugh about anything.

After school, I used to go outside to play with my friends. We would play soccer or ride our bikes for hours. However, at first, I wasn’t used to spending so much time outside, especially in the cold. Therefore, I didn’t enjoy it much at first, but over time, I got used to it and actually started to look forward to it.

In the evenings, I used to do my homework, and then we’d have dinner together as a family. We used to talk about our day, and sometimes, we’d watch TV or play games afterward.

Looking back, I realize how much I got used to that routine. Besides being simple, it was the foundation of many good memories, and in many ways, it shaped me into who I am today.
